Maintenance Services Training Program

Support the MSTP

A group of 10 graduates of the MSTP pose with their certificates and two staff members at their graduation. Everyone has a big smile and looking proud.

The Maintenance Service Training Program (MSTP) is a free training program for those who are at risk of homelessness or who are searching for new opportunities and pathways to stability.

The MSTP provides hands-on training, certifications, and real work experience to secure lasting employment in the building superintendent and maintenance worker fields.

Applicants are not expected to have any prior work experience in the field before joining the program. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow.

Please note that applications for the MSTP are currently closed.
