Doors Open Ottawa – 2023

Doors Open Ottawa is a free annual event where key locations in the city open their doors to the public for tours. This year will be the 21st edition of the event, with a return to in-person building visits and tours!
This is your chance to explore the meaningful work that happens behind The Ottawa Mission’s famous ‘blue door’. We’ll be giving guided tours of our shelter, where you’ll get the chance to explore our dorm rooms, health clinic, Hospice, kitchen, chapel, clothing room, educational center, and more!
📅 Date: Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4, 2023
⏱️ Time: 10 am – 4pm
📍 Location: 53 Daly Street
No registration is required, just show up during the dates/times listed above. Tours will be approximately 25 minutes long, running at 20-minute intervals, and will give you an opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at the inner workings of Ottawa’s largest and oldest shelter!
